Whether it's through specialized training programs, state-of-the-art equipment, or personalized coaching, we are committed to helping athletes and teams reach their full potential and achieve their Olympic dreams.

By nurturing relationships with like minded public organizations, private entities and individuals, we're able to unlock new sources of capital to support female athletes pursuing their US National and Olympic team dreams and scale up our work far beyond what traditional NGB funding can do alone.

Shaped by decades of teaching, coaching, managerial experience within US handball communities and with its key stakeholders such as the USOPC and the USA Team Handball, we affect change by bringing together real-world long-term player development solutions, sport science expertise, sustainable financing and collaborative partnerships.
