Cancelations & Refunds Policy
At Play Team Handball, we do not offer cancellations or refunds for any reasons (whether it be injury, illness, family emergency, health, or otherwise) because our camps have a limited capacity and we incur advanced event costs. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, all payments are non-refundable.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
The fees associated with your purchases will appear on your active credit card statement through the identifier “Play Team Handball”. All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S Dollars, are payable in U.S Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. Failure to use our service / programs / training does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any of the associated charges or claim for a refund.
For any issues with any of our Programs or if you have trouble trying to register on our website then, kindly call us at (817) 666-2206 or send an email to playteamhandball@gmail.com and our team will get in touch with you to process the same.
However, please note that without exception, you will receive a credit for your registration (less a transfer fee of $25) which you can use toward another PTH camp within 12 months. As Play Team Handball incurs significant contractual event costs (travel & stipends to coaches, facility, apparel, handball equipment & transportation costs and all of the many associated costs it takes to organize), you will receive an 80% camp credit (when canceling 30+ days out) or 65% camp credit (when canceling 1-29 days out from camp).
There is no credit provided to no-shows, so please notify us early if you need to cancel by visiting https://www.playteamhandball.com.
